Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all distance-sales made on 1vin.com operated by PIKsolution OÜ, registry code 16543212, VAT EE102345678 (“we”, “our”, “us”). It is drafted to meet Google Ads requirements and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK consumers)

You may withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you—or a third party nominated by you—take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right, notify us by e-mail (dpo@1vin.com) or by sending the model withdrawal form. We will confirm receipt without delay.

3. Returns Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resellable condition.
Return shipment must be dispatched within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Non-returnable: personalised goods, unsealed hygiene-sensitive items, or any product listed as “Final Sale”.

4. How to Return

E-mail dpo@1vin.com with your order number, items and reason, or send the model form.
We e-mail you an RMA number and return address:

Pack securely, attach the RMA number outside and use a tracked service.
Keep your postage receipt until the refund is processed.

5. Refunds

When we receive and inspect the return, we e-mail approval status within 2 business days. If approved we refund all payments including standard delivery cost (no later than 14 days after we receive the goods) via the original payment method. Bank-processing times are outside our control but typically 2-5 days.

6. Exchanges & Replacements

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping. This does not limit your statutory rights or warranty.

8. Shipping Costs Displayed

Exact shipping cost and carrier options are displayed at checkout before you pay. We ship from Tallinn within 1-2 business days; EU delivery 3-7 business days, non-EU 5-12. Customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
